The Quarter Shopping Center
City of Rogers says this gets eliminated i.e. that
means that the Quarter Shopping Center tenants
cannot get to their back doors for loading and
unloading.

Plus tenants cannot get access to the Trash

The City of Rogers plans to
allow one 40 foot entrance

Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market being built on Walnut and (71B) in Rogers, AR 72756

Is it fair that the Neighborhood Market with 41,839 square feet will have 201 parking spaces plus 36 handicap, cart storage
spaces?
While the Quarter Shopping Center has   24,200 square feet with 93 parking spaces

The Quarter Shopping Center is allowed 'ONE' entrance for 'TWO CARS' while Wal-Mart is allowed 'SIX' entrances that allows
'FOURTEEN CARS' to enter/exit at the same time. Notice that the Neighborhood Market has 17,639 more square feet but is
allowed TWELVE more entrances and exits than the Quarter Shopping Center.  Is this fair?
A drawing by Gary Ryle that
shows how the existing two
entrances allow vehicles to
easily drive to each business
and then exit the shopping
center

Notice that there is no way to
exit out the back as in many
other shopping centers.

Can you even imagine turning
left into one of the busiest
streets in NW Arkansas?
Can you believe the City allowed
the parking spaces to the right to
be eliminated without a public
meeting.
They did a verbal ok during a
simple visit to the City office.
They can use some of the
insurance office parking spots

Sometime measure the three
monument signs and notice that
the allowed square footage is
above what is allowed with the
"sign ordinance." Without a
variance committee approval.
